Definitions:
a)The Referred must be a Trades Person not actively engaged with any of the ABN Group of Companies at the time of the referral. A Referrer may be a current employee or sub-contractor within the ABN Group of Companies which include Webb & Brown-Neaves, Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes, Dale Alcock Homes South West, Dale Alcock Home Improvements, Resolve Finance, Axiom Legal, Resolve Conveyancing, Resolve Finance Planning, Bluebay Home Loans, PACT Construction, The Maker Designer Kitchens, Boeing Plumbing, Ceiling Solutions, Hi Point Roofing and Concretus. Members of ABN Construction Communities are excluded from this promotion.
b) Referral Fee: $500 inclusive of GST. The $500 will be paid to the Referrer by $500 Visa Giftcard upon the referred Trades Person successfully completing their first job and referred apprentices must successfully complete their probation period. No referral is payable prior to these milestones being met.
c) Eligibility: To be eligible to receive the Referral Fee, the Referrer must refer a nominated Trades Person who adheres to the ABN Trades Specification and Safety requirements and ABN Terms of Business. The Referral Fee will only be paid to those who refer a Trades Person. This incentive does not include the referral of Apprentices. The Referral Fee is non-transferable and is not offered in conjunction with any other referral incentive or program.
d) General conditions: The ABN Refer a Mate Program is subject to change and may be altered at any time. ABN Management decisions are final and cannot be contested. There is no limit to the number of Referrals that can be generated by the same Referrer. By submitting the Referral request, you are indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Referral fees payable ABN staff and external sub-contractors
• Referral Fee: $500 inclusive of GST The $500 will be paid to the Referrer by $500 Visa Giftcard upon the referred tradesperson successfully completing their first job and referred apprentices must succesfully complete their probation period. No referral is payable prior to these milestone being met.
Entry eligibility requirements
• To be eligible to receive the Referral Fee, the Referrer must: a) Refer a nominated Trades Person who adheres to the ABN Trades Specification and Safety requirements and ABN Terms of Business.
• The Referred Trades Person must advise ABN Group of the person who referred them at the time of executing the above mentioned documents. No referral details will be accepted after this point.
• The Referral fee will only be paid to those who refer a Trades Person. This incentive does not include the referral of Apprentices.
• The Referral fee is non-transferable and is not offered in conjunction with any other referral incentive or program.
Privacy
• The responsibility of privacy rests with the Referrer. The Referrer must seek approval from the Tradesperson before submitting their details to ABN Group who will make contact with this person.
General conditions
• The ABN Refer A Trade Program is subject to change and may be altered at any time. ABN Management decisions are final and cannot be contested.
• There is no limit to the number of Referrals that can be generated by the same Referrer.
• By submitting the Referral request, you are indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions.
