Yes. Confidentiality is guaranteed. PeopleSense is independent of ABN Group. PeopleSense will not release personal details or issues raised with anyone without your consent, except where they are concerned for your safety or required to do so by law.
Yes, there is no cost to you. Host subcontractors and their workers are entitled to three sessions per year. A session is usually between 50 - 60 minutes. 24 hours notice is required if you can't attend a session. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as one of your sessions.
PeopleSense psychologists are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergency situations and critical incidents.
